- 2 night minimum requirement for advance reservations.
- Cottage amenities include: central heat/air,
television, fireplace, furnished kitchen with stove, microwave, linens,
refrigerator and basic cookware, four double beds, back or side decks, and
several with wonderful views of Lake Allatoona.
- Two cottages are ADA equipped.
- Rates do not include applicable taxes. Rates are
subject to peak use rates during holidays and certain high demand periods.
- Certain holidays are subject to 3 & 4 night
minimums.
- Check in time is 4:00 pm. Check out
time is 11:00 am.
- Pets are not allowed in or around the
cottages (except those designated as "dog friendly".
- Parking fee is required for all vehicles including
guests visiting your cottage.
